Affiliate Terms of Business
Taskbase Limited
By signing up to become an affiliate of Taskbase Limited ("Company"), you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Introduction
Taskbase Limited, located in the United Kingdom, offers an affiliate program that allows affiliates to earn commissions by referring new clients to the Company's services. This document outlines the terms and conditions of participation in the affiliate program.
2. Commission Structure
2.1 Affiliates earn a commission on new clients referred to Taskbase Limited for their first three months of service.
2.2 The commission is capped at £500 per account.
2.3 Affiliates can earn up to 30% commission or a different percentage as specified on their affiliate dashboard.
2.4 Affiliates have the option to give up a portion of their commission to offer a discount to their customers. Customers will receive the discount for the first three months of service.
2.5 If a customer cancels their account within the first three months, the affiliate does not earn any commission. This policy is to cover running, setup, and marketing costs.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Taskbase Limited aims to pay affiliates 30 days after the three-month window closes for each account.
3.2 Payments are made via PayPal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Should Taskbase Limited receive any charge-backs or fraud from an account, the commission for that client will be clawed back off any future earnings.
4. Volume Incentives
4.1 Some affiliates may be offered additional volume incentives, which will be agreed upon in writing.
5. Termination
5.1 Taskbase Limited reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's account at any time.
5.2 Upon termination, all owed monies will be paid to the affiliate unless there is any fraud or breach of these terms.
6. Affiliate Dashboard
6.1 Affiliates can monitor their performance, commission rates, and earnings through a dedicated dashboard.
7. Compliance and Ethical Standards
7.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and ethical standards in their marketing efforts.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Affiliates must adhere to Taskbase Limited’s privacy policy and ensure customer data is handled securely.
9. Support
9.1 Affiliates have access to dedicated support for any queries or issues related to their commission and dashboard.
10. Marketing Materials
10.1 Affiliates will have access to a range of marketing materials and resources to help them promote Taskbase Limited’s services effectively.
11. Amendments
11.1 Taskbase Limited reserves the right to amend these affiliate terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to affiliates.
12. No Partnership
12.1 There is no joint venture or partnership between Taskbase Limited and its affiliates.
By signing up as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
